Leadership and support of employees in all shifts in daily challenges Introduction/further development/representation of automation systems Support in identifying investment needs Creation of instruction templates Compliance with production-specific KPIs and HSE guidelines Collection of all tools and SBM's Implementation of a repair strategy for plants and machines

Successfully completed engineering studies or vocational training with further training to the state-tested technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable position in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering Good MS Office knowledge as well as routined handling of the relevant SAP modules Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High quality awareness and strong communication and team skills Embossed Analytical Skills and a Structured, Independent Working Basic readiness to travel
