These are your tasks: You carry out the installation, repair and maintenance of: apartment doors, room doors and apartment entrance systems wood and wood material components in the interior (e.g. built-in, trims, base strips) window and door elements, fittings and seals. You judge damage and deficiencies on site and find practical, durable solutions. You work in direct contact with residents – friendly, reliable and respectful in used apartments. You can document your jobs in a short and comprehensible way for MRP and team.
