Accounting, basic data management and adjustment of invoice and information tables Daily creation of reminders (automated SAP run) and forwarding to external service providers for printing and shipping invoices Manually operating large customer portals on the Internet for accounting according to customer requirements clarification of open documents with the relevant operational units General handling and e-mail and telephone correspondence

Continuous studies, ideally with a focus on finance First practical experience in finance desirable Good knowledge of the MS Office package Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Service orientation, fast conception and independent operation High level of organisational and communication skills
