Your contribution as Pega platform manager*r Ensuring stable and secure operation of the Pega platform across all environments (Dev, Test, Prod) Planning, implementation and documentation of updates, hotfixes, patches and changes of the platform Recording, evaluating and prioritizing new requirements for the platform in close coordination with PO, IT‐Security, IAM, BAs and Developer teams Analysis and processing of incidents and coordination of troubleshooting with development and infrastructure teams Communication and control of external service providers for the platform Support and further development of interfaces and monitoring of database and platform performance Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, ensuring governance requirements and responsibility for business continuity & emergency management
