A completed study in BWL, VWL, Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics forms your technical basis. Multiannual professional experience in computer science, data science, or in a comparable technology and data-driven environment. You have experience in the leadership and development of employees. You bring knowledge of data science and machine learning as well as an understanding of the practical use of artificial intelligence and the responsible handling of their risks. You are characterized by strategic thinking, decision-making and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. You have a modern, human-centered understanding of leadership and promote self-responsibility and personal development of your employees. You communicate convincingly, bring different interests together and inspire people for new technologies and changes. You understand how to translate innovative ideas into concrete measures and promote cross-departmental cooperation.
