Branch Manager / Team Leader Sales and Human Resources (m/f/d)

Strategic branch management: You run the branch independently and develop strategies for new customer acquisition and long-term customer retention. Team Leadership & Coaching: You lead, motivate and develop your team of personnel advisers and are responsible for the recruitment and further development of employees. Sales Focus: As a driving force for sales, you control the acquisition of new customers and build long-term partnerships. Recruiting excellence: You coordinate the entire recruiting process and ensure that highly qualified candidates are won for our customers. Network & Industry Development: You expand our network, maintain existing relationships and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Target orientation: Your strategic leadership and targeted market monitoring ensure the long-term success of your branch.

Leadership experience: You already have experience in the management of teams or branches in personnel consulting or a comparable environment and have a strong leadership competence. Sales experience: You have a strong passion for sales and new customers and understand how to successfully shape sales at all levels. Communication strength: You are an excellent communicator and convince both customers and candidates with your negotiation skills. Network-oriented: You know how to build and maintain networks and are well connected in the industry. Enforcement and organisational talent: You work in a targeted manner, bring together organizational talent and are able to efficiently design processes. Driving licence: Class B driving licence is required for this position.
