System Engineer (w|m|d) - Workplace Management

As a Specialist Modern Workplace / Endpoint Management, you ensure that our modern workplace environment remains stable, safe and efficient. You continue to operate and develop our Windows and Apple end devices and are responsible for the complete lifecycle management. This includes the provision, the patch and update management as well as the exchange of devices. With clear operating models, you are looking for a smooth and transparent operation.

Operation and lifecycle of the end devices - You manage our entire MDM landscape and ensure that our endpoints are fully automated. This ensures high availability and continuously optimizes existing processes. Monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting are just as important as the continuous improvement of technical processes. Through your use, systems remain stable, safe and ready to use. Optimization of the Modern Workplace - In the Modern Workplace environment, you identify potential improvements and consistently implements standardizations and automations. You develop configuration profiles as well as compliance and security policies and implement them in coordination with relevant teams. Digital work environment - You actively develop our Microsoft-365 environment and ensure a future-proof, user-friendly work environment. In doing so, you control external partners securely and keeps in mind quality, performance and appointments. Training, consulting and multiplication of knowledge - As a central contact for workplace topics, you can use knowledge in training, workshops and guides, enable users and IT colleagues to deal with new technologies and provide strong communication for the rapid and sustainable introduction of new solutions in the company.

The theory sits – you bring a completed training in the IT field (e.g. specialist in system integration) or a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable area. Professional experience – You have already gained several years of professional experience as a system engineer with a focus on Microsoft 365. Know-How – You have profound experience with Microsoft Intune and in the administration of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365. Knowledge in automation, e.g. with PowerShell, is advantageous. Communication – You have excellent knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and very good knowledge of English.
