In the indoor service, you enter our pharmacies into the entire product portfolio of the Zukunftspakt Apotheke with your Apotheken.de and our my life magazine family. This includes the entire customer journey from the first interest to the end of the contract, in which you always keep in mind the quality of the customer data and the contact notes

Your responsibility in detail: Advice to our pharmacy priority for the digital product Onboarding new customers including training of our product world 1st level support with the aim of direct solution of first technical problems and coordination of complex inquiries with internal specialist departments complaint and complaint management Accompanying our existing customers with new challenges in the digital world (e.g. E Recipe) You work with different tools & systems Experiences in using different tools & systems of advantage (e.g. CRM, Jira, CMS Wordpress, Ticket System...)
