Senior Physician for Internal Medicine - Endokri (m/f/d)

As part of the revocation of Prof. Dr. Stefan Kopf, we are looking for your professional and competent support as a senior physician in the field of internal medicine endocrinology and diabeticology at the Medical Clinic I (Director: Prof. Dr. J. Marquardt).

The Medical Clinic 1 comprises the fields of gastroenterology / hepatology, endocrinology / diabeticology, allg. Internal medicine, as well as nephrology / transplantation. The area of endocrinology and diabetics is responsible in the stationary area for the care of internalist patients with endocrinological, diabetological or metabolic diseases. Patients with diabetes and their secondary diseases, obesity, fatty livers, lipid disorders and for the clarification of non-specific findings, metabolic disorders and electrolyte disorders are treated in the outpatient speech hour. There is the possibility of acquiring the specialist competence of endocrinology and diabetics or of the additional name diabetics of the medical chamber Schleswig-Holstein.

• Conducting special telephone hours to complex endocrinological, diabetological and metabolic diseases

• Integration into the internalistic Konsil service

• Improve the expertise in neuroendocrine tumours and Center for Rare Diseases (ZSE)

• You are actively involved in Med's research areas with your expertise. Clinic 1

• A self-contained endocrinological speech hour in the MVZ with 0.25 seat (optional)

Take this with you:

• You are a specialist in internal medicine, also with the focus on endocrinology and diabetics

• Advanced experience in outpatient and outpatient care of multimorbid patients

• They have been habilitated in an area of internal medicine or have an independent research agenda

• A high level of empathy in dealing with patients, a high level of social competence and team skills and a very good communication capability
