Your job, your future: You are responsible for handling all organizational and commercial administrative tasks Telephone calls are accepted by you and may be forwarded You process the entry and exit mail and start writing Meetings are prepared by you You manage and care master data The appointment coordination and monitoring are in your task

Your strengths that characterize you: You have a completed commercial training, e.g. to the merchant (m/w/d) for office management or the like. Ideally, you bring relevant professional experience Dealing with MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is not a challenge for you In order to communicate with national/international customers, you bring safe knowledge of English You convince with your safe appearance and your service orientation
