Process analysis and digitization Analysis, optimization and documentation of existing PLM and ERP processes in the product development process
Development of digital solutions and improvement concepts for existing processes
Creation of process models, process maps and visual representations (BPMN, flow charts, etc.)
Stakeholder & Change Management Conducting workshops, interviews and surveys with internal departments
Translating requirements into practical digital solutions
Support in the introduction of new tools, systems and processes (including training)

Complete university degree in mechanical engineering, economic engineering, business informatics, business process management or a comparable qualification
Experience in controlling product development processes, Product Lifecyle Management (PLM) and ERP-based processes in an international environment
Knowledge and proven experience with PLM (e.g. team center) and ERP systems
CAD confession is advantageous
Experience in cooperation in international project teams
Ability to convince different stakeholders within the organization
Very good knowledge of German and English
