Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) Location: Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

You have fun about this: Frontoffice or rather Backoffice? With us you can play your strengths in every direction. You are close to the customer and also internally visualize the interface between the departments. As a real communications talent with a potential for export and trade, you are right with us – we count on you. You encourage our customers with professional care and advice. The threads are merged with you: you are forming the interface to the adjacent departments (production planning, pricing, accounting), the sales office and sales partners (external sales representatives). For orders in the EU and for export applications for a timely, cost-optimal and service-oriented processing – you always have an eye for optimization potential. You shall ensure that the customs, tax and export control regulations are complied with at any time. You can also keep track of sales contracts: You put them in the system and take care of the tracking and settlement. For a smooth run, you coordinate the delivery dates. As part of the complaint management, you will find a satisfactory solution for each customer's presence. In addition, you also look at the financial aspects of export, such as debt loss insurance and accreditation.

(m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement, Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d), Groß- und Ausländerhandel (m/w/d) or similar. Finding professional experience with international reference, for example in export or trade, you also bring. With legal regulations in export, you know the best. Ideally, you have experience dealing with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Office, IHK-online and Comsol ExpoSys. Your fluent German and English skills complete your profile.
