As an experienced and motivated manager with commercial and technical IT - knowledge/conception, you contribute to developing our e-services area with its products and projects management, development and application management and ITeBau teams. This includes: Strategic and forward-looking orientation and leadership of our E-Service area, including personnel responsibility for the service sector with its current 31 employees Planning, introduction and further development of our software solutions OpenR@thaus and ITeBAU taking into account the needs of our communities Support and further development of our partners to third parties Support in the development and implementation of IT security concepts Management of escalation management in relation to customers, partners and suppliers Compliance with contractual relations / service agreement

Multiannual IT leadership experience Knowledge in the fields: IT project management, IT architecture, IT infrastructure and ITIL Experience in the agile development of IT and software strategies Improved communication skills and ability to explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way Self­employed and struc­tured work and team skills Completed study of computer science, business information technology or a comparable subject.
