At the next possible time we are looking for a service (full time and part time possible) for our branch in Wuppertal! This is what awaits you:

♪ Your tasks

• You plan the services of your employees and keep in mind holiday, training and representations.
• You guide team sessions and keep track of structure, exchange and a good team feeling.
• You support the call by advising employees on special care topics and driving on site in case of emergency.
• You take over the specialist supervision for the employees assigned to you. This means that we have: collegial case instructions, care planning via SIS and the implementation of care visas

♪ Your profile

• You are a examinated nurse with 3-year training or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, you have completed training in extraclinical respiration (at least 120 hours). You still lack the training? We take over the costs!
• You bring at least two years of professional experience in the nursing sector or integration aid.
• Organizational talent, flexibility and a cool head – even if plans change at short notice.
• First experience in management tasks is advantageous.
• You have a license.
