Your duties Consumption and processing of work orders via SAP Coordination and distribution of orders to specialists in production Staff deployment planning and team management Testing and processing of test protocols transmitted by the customer Monitoring the processing of orders, as well as ensuring quality and appointments Interface between customer, office and production Documentation, tracking and reporting of orders

Complete technical training (e.g. locksmiths, motor mechanics, electricians, industrial mechanics or comparable) First experience in coordination, preparatory work or team management desirable Commercial Basics Secure handling of SAP or readiness to process Good knowledge of English Communication strength, organizational talent and decision-making Enforcement in the leadership of employees Structured and reliable operation
