Consumption and processing of incoming customer requests via all contact channels Ensuring the defined service quality and quantity according to internal processes Detection of messages and disturbances in the area of responsibility (e.g. system failures) Professional use of customer service tools for efficient case processing Interface function for downstream departments in the process chain Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional competence and current skills

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services First professional experience in customer service and in handling customer management systems Embossed customer and service orientation with high quality standards Safe, friendly appearance and professional phone behavior Very good expression and communication skills in word and writing Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Customer-oriented thinking and acting
