In this role, you will have a rare opportunity: to build the entire maintenance strategy and structure for our new automated logistics facility in Neuenburg am Rhein, from the ground up. From the CMMS to spare parts strategy to shift-ready operations, you will shape it all. If you love creating order out of chaos, this is your playground. You build the maintenance strategy from the ground up – determination, corrective and condition-based Design and implementation maintenance processes, standards and KPI logic that actually work in practice Setup and structuring of the CMMS maintenance including logic and workflows The spare parts strategy? Yours to define and roll out Get the technical organisation ready for shift operations Work hand in hand with Operations – because a logistics facility doesn't launch and work in a silo You've built or scaled maintenance structures before – and you know what it takes to get them right
