We are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) with a focus on company law for our location in Berlin – unlimited in full time.

Self-preparation and settlement of legal documents and contracts Coordination and preparation of appointments Acquisition of correspondence with clients, courts and authorities Creation of cost accounting administrative activities in the daily business Monitoring of repositories, dates and deadlines Personal and telephone support of our clients

multiannual professional experience, ideally in a large law firm or comparable sophisticated firm structures Professional experience in a similar position is desirable You work proactively, structured and reliable Experience with notariat software CVCNotre or comparable software of advantage Knowledge XNP Routinized work with Outlook and Word, is of course for you You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Organizational talent, fast understanding and sense of responsibility High motivation and commitment High openness to digital tools and AI-based applications and interest in the use of modern technologies in everyday work
