Your future team is responsible for the market and performance management of the two key markets USA & Canada and is working closely with them to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of the Mercedes-Benz Cars spare parts portfolio and the customer service business. Within the team, you will learn how markets are controlled (KPI monitoring, prioritization of measures, strategy implementation) and benefit from a global network in one of the most important markets in our company. You will gain insights into the future of the after-sales and a digital service business and will be integrated into strategic decision-making processes to the top management level. Your tasks during the internship: Support in controlling our markets to achieve agreed after-sales goals (Net Revenue Customer Pay) and other KPIs (e.g. digitalization, part trade, etc.), incl. participation in regular calls with the markets

Participation in the creation of benchmark analyses in coordination with the markets and product management to identify after-sales growth potentials

Creating transparency for GCSP top management with regard to relevant market KPIs and developments

Preparation and participation in decision meetings

Interdisciplinary operational and strategic projects at national and international level

support in the organisation and implementation of a monthly Steering Committee to control the GCSP strategy; this includes the representation of market interests and the critical assessment of market performance from global sales perspective

Promoting the exchange of information between GCSP and the markets on relevant customer service topics, products and key figures (e.g. processing of daily business requests, organization of a customer service info day event etc.)

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Continuous study of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Management, Data Analytics or a comparable study programme

Very good English knowledge of word and writing; German and other languages of advantage

knowledge in the customer service business and/or the Mercedes-Benz Cars sales organization desirable

Affinity for numbers and sales controlling as well as the ability to understand and analyze results reports

Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

High team capacity, initiative, sense of responsibility and commitment to diverse business topics
