For Fr. Lürssen Werft am Standort Bremen (Lemwerder)

As a new leadership, keep our group “Production Data” on track! In this role you take over the technical and disciplinary management of currently 18 employees, who prepare CAM data, section building drawings and isometries within our design. The team management Baumethodik & Nesting in Schiffbau is also assigned to you. You control your team responsibly while ensuring the technical implementation of the company's requirements, including the creation of production documents and production data as well as the implementation of changes by means of the 3D CAD system Siemens NX and specialized nesting software. In the field of quality, costs and appointments, depending on the project's framework conditions, you will find the optimal operating point for your group, coordinate the design sizes and external design assignments. With your predictive capacity and load planning, you ensure the delivery reliability and quality of your group and react proactively to capacity adjustments. In your role, you also promote the strategic expansion within the Lürssen Group of your area and provide impulses for optimization measures in design, CAM and product development. The fact that you conduct regular feedback talks with your employees as a dedicated leadership and promote, motivate and develop each individual is almost self-evident.

Complete engineering studies (Diplom, Bachelor/Master) in mechanical engineering or shipbuilding or a comparable qualification Long-standing (10+) professional and first leadership experience in the design, with as well as sound insights into the construction and production processes of a shipyard Secure understanding of cross-departmental and cross-departmental processes Oral and written communication security, also in good technical English, to be able to move confidently on an international parquet A dedicated team player personality with a strong design and problem-solving competence and the necessary flexibility for partly short-term international business trips (about 5%)
