Nursing educator (m/w/d) at the health and education center in Rendsburg

The Rendsburg Health and Education Centre is the central training centre for nursing professionals of the Rendsburg-Eckernförde County. In our modern rooms we prepare approx. 200 apprentices in the nursing professions for the Schön-Klinikum with around 2000 employees and for the surrounding practical training partners for a future in care. In this context, we help innovative concepts for the interconnection of theory and practice such as: simulation rooms, two special training stations in Rendsburg and Eckernförde as well as effective concepts for individual funding. For this task we are looking for a motivated person who supports us with team spirit and commitment. She expects a cordial school team with freelance practice teachers, social support for a language teacher and dedicated, innovative teachers! You prepare theoretical and practical lessons, perform them and evaluate them – especially in generalistic nursing training and in nursing care. Bring structure into learning: You are committed to curricular work and scheduling and provide a clear red thread in training. Promote talents in a targeted manner: You accompany exams as well as development and assessment talks and support trainees on their individual learning path. Strengthen the practice: You advise and accompany both trainees and mentors in the place of learning practice and thus ensure the quality of practical training. Live close to practice: You take practical lessons both at school and at the training station and participate in innovative, practical projects of the nursing school.

You bring a completed nursing education qualification or are ready to take up a corresponding master's degree in a timely manner. You have already gained experience in teaching at a nursing school or comparable educational institution. You want to actively participate in the further development of training concepts and support new processes. You meet learners with an esteemed attitude and work in a participant-oriented manner. You are safe to use digital media, work independently, flexible and have a class B licence.
