Your challenge to us

• Head of our established and successful branch in the Nordhessen region (Wetzlar, Marburg, Limburg, Friedberg, Siegen, Koblenz,Gießen)
• Valuable leadership of the multicultural, interdisciplinary team – in your branch and in the objects with local customers
• Development of regional marketing concepts, together with your specialists from facility management and marketing
• Continuous market observation
• Control of sales activities and active customer relationship management to increase order volume
• Quality and environmental management (DIN 14001 and ISO 14001)

They are responsible for the Nordhessen region (Wetzlar, Marburg, Limburg, Friedberg, Siegen, Koblenz,Gießen).

To convince us

• Commercial training or business studies
• Ideally further training for the tested building cleaner master (master in the building cleaner craft)
• Multiannual leadership experience, preferably in the service environment or in facility management
• readiness to travel within the region (Wetzlar, Marburg, Limburg, Friedberg, Siegen, Koblenz,Gießen)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation and ambition
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
• Good communication skills, empathy and a healthy portion of pragmatism
