Your duties

• clamping of the individual parts in the rotating device and support on Sheets, assemblies or complete pressure tanks and heat exchangers by means of hall crane, wall crane, forklift or hand
• if necessary, removal of the welding additives from the magazine, Re-drying of the rod electrodes
• welding of the workpieces under observation of preheating and/or intermediate layer temperature and aftertreatment thereof
• ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality and Completeness of processing, observing organisational basic rules of self-examination and transfer to quality control
• Monitoring of maintenance intervals and execution of simple Maintenance work
• implementation of order, cleaning, maintenance and Repair work and independent processing of components
• independent processing of the components after Construction drawings, welding, testing and work plans
• Regular communication and cooperation in welding technology production

Our requirements

• Ideally a successfully completed Professional training, e.g. as a specialist for metal technology
• Valid welding tests for different diameters, Wall thicknesses and materials required
• Multiannual professional experience required as a welder
• possession of a crane and forklift certificate desirable
• Willingness to work in alternating layer
• Class B driving licence
• Handicraft skills and precise and careful working and very good communication capability
