Coordination of construction activities / preparatory work for network construction projects (in particular earth cable projects) mainly building land, combatant and archaeological investigations Coordination and communication between all participating companies and other project participants as well as competent offices and affected municipalities Planning and monitoring of dates and resources for the timely execution, documentation and reporting of progress Conflict Management and Solution for Problems Monitoring compliance with regulations and safety regulations in coordination with the designated safety and health coordinators Takeover of the construction coordination for a ground cable project in North-West Lower Saxony or South-West Lower Saxony and North-NRW

Complete studies in civil engineering, technician or master training in civil engineering or comparable qualification. At least 3 years of experience in construction management or construction site coordination, ideally in deep or duct construction. Secure handling of MS Office (including MS Project) and experience with DMS systems (e.g. SharePoint, tpCDE, EPLASS, Aconex, Dalux). Structured working, organisational skills and sense of responsibility. Communication strength in dealing with different stakeholders as well as team skills and solution orientation. Loadability, flexibility and ideally experience in managing construction site teams. Driving license class B.
