Flow Manager Inbound (f/m/d)

As Flow Manager Inbound, you are the real-time link between the warehouse floor and the Control Center. You keep inbound material flows stable, transparent, and demand-driven by connecting people, systems, and quick operational decisions in our new high-tech fulfillment center. You will help shape our inbound operations from day one. Steer inbound material flows in real time, from goods receipt through to putaway, to ensure stable throughput and reliable lead times Align daily inbound with demand, shift planning, staffing levels, workstation availability, WMS/WCS priorities, and system capacity Coordinate the opening, allocation, and use of workstations on the warehouse floor to according operational priorities Act as the first point of contact for process deviations, material jams, bottlenecks, and operational obstacles in inbound operations Communicate operational updates clearly to the stakeholders, escalating unresolved issues when required Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements to inbound processes together with the Control Center and operational teams

Completed vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or comparable practical experience in warehouse; experience in an automated warehouse or distribution center is a strong plus Able to read material-flow data, dashboards, and KPIs quickly to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and capacity risks Very good communication skills to communicate clearly and confidently with shift leads, Control Center colleagues, technical support, and other stakeholders Very good communication skills in German Good communication skills in English (Level B2).
