Project manager for renovation and new construction with team responsibility (m/f/d)

In the field of technical operations, we are responsible for over 100 METRO locations throughout Germany – with a focus on technical installations, construction and reconstruction topics as well as compliance with operator responsibility. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a project manager (w/m/d), who is responsible for a small project team in addition to managing own construction projects. In particular, you perform the following tasks: Project management: You take over the responsible project management and the technical support of your own reconstruction projects, monitor the execution of the projects in compliance with all planning, quantitative and qualitative requirements and ensure the final acceptance of the buildings and the construction qualities Leadership: You run a team consisting of 3 project managers Construction and 2 project managers Industrial colds and perform contractor tasks. In this context, you support the incorporation and further development of colleagues and participate in the strategic development of processes and standards. In addition, you will ensure smooth interface management within the area and adjacent departments Structures and processes: You will ensure the audit-proof implementation and documentation of all projects, including tenders, contract management, acceptance of the trades and warranty tracking. In addition, you continuously develop communication and cooperation with internal interfaces as well as external contact persons, such as authorities, architects, etc. In addition, the assessment of layout concepts and the detailed examination and assessment of technical feasibility are your responsibility Budget responsibility: You have the responsibility for the budget for all new and new construction projects. This includes the preparation of all necessary steps to bring about budget approval, as well as ensuring compliance with budgets and the introduction of appropriate countermeasures in the event of overrun or underrun

Education: You will preferably take a university degree in the field of civil engineering or architecture and very good knowledge in the design of construction measures, preferably in the field of trade with Experience: You already have first experience with the leadership of a team and several years of experience in projects with the performance phases 1-9 of the HOAI incl. Knowledge of all relevant technical regulations/laws and contract law (VOB) Personality: You are a person who deals with pro-active projects and processes and constantly optimizes, have a clear and understandable communication and a pronounced service provider mentality Mobility: Your willingness to travel is given nationwide and you are owned by a valid car driver license
