Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees (including qualification and instruction of employees) Daily production agreement with planning and control Coordination and planning of repairs with maintenance Monitoring and compliance with proportional and fixed production costs Development and implementation of storage measures for quality deviations as well as further continuous improvement processes (e.g. increase in plant use, optimization of setup processes, reduction of throughput times etc.) Implementation of open topics from audits (5S audit, internal & external process audits) Support in complaint processing incl. Coordination with quality assurance Coordination and moderation of group talks Monitoring and compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection

Successfully completed vocational training in a metalworking area incl. Continuing training to master or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Experience in personnel management Good MS Office knowledge SAP knowledge advantageous High level of organisational and coordination capacity as well as communication and team capacity High level of operational readiness, motivation and loadability under time and time pressure Willingness to shift work
