Takeover of the technological responsibility for tool construction in the field of ultraprecision production Development and optimization of machining strategies for high precision technology Selection of suitable materials, tools, clamping concepts and process parameters for demanding manufacturing tasks CAM programming of complex ultra-precision components Stand-alone manufacturing and processing of high-precision components on ultra-precision and precision milling machines, especially in new developments or complex applications Organisation, coordination and prioritization of orders and professional management of two tool mechanics

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable Found experience in manufacturing high-precision components, including CNC/Ultraprecision machining, milling, turning, grinding, CAM programming and deep understanding of machining processes and precision requirements Ability to structure tasks, to set priorities and to initiate professional skills Practical implementation strength, technological enthusiasm and commitment, also directly at the machine
