These are your tasks as CNC lathes:

• manufacture of high-precision components for medical technology on modern CNC lathes and machining centres in small and medium series
• Stand-alone setup, run-up and operation of our CNC-controlled manufacturing systems
• Implementation of tool changes and independent adaptation of tool and correction values
• Quality assurance through production-accompanying dimensional checks and functional checks including documentation
• Implementation of measurement corrections according to technical specifications
• Cooperation in the development and processing of prototypes in close coordination with the construction and development department

• Training in a technical profession
• Practice in safe handling of CNC-controlled machines and manufacturing centers
• A good technical understanding and pleasure in precise, quality-conscious work
• Care, responsibility and a high degree of reliability
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Team spirit as well as the ability to edit tasks independently and purpose-oriented
• Ready to work in the 3-layer system
