Grid Management (m/f/d)

Own-responsible control and processing of feed-in requests, network reservations as well as proof of progress for photovoltaic and storage projects. Development, optimization and coordination of network connection and feed-in concepts taking into account technical, economic and regulatory requirements. Creation and further development of network connection concepts, including the bundling of several generation systems, as well as the integration of customer-owned substations. Analysis and evaluation of available network capacities as well as performance of load flow considerations for identifying optimal network connection points. Testing and evaluation of technical optimization measures such as dynamic feed-in controls and battery storage systems. Technical and organisational coordination with network operators, certifiers, service providers and other project participants during the entire network connection process. Accompanying the projects from network request to certification and successful commissioning. Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, schematics and plant documentation in compliance with applicable standards and guidelines. Planning, coordination and implementation of commissioning, functional testing and technical acceptances. Establish and review remote control and monitoring systems to ensure smooth plant operation.

Successfully completed studies of electrical engineering, energy engineering, renewable energies or comparable technical training with corresponding professional experience. Experience in the field of grid connection, grid integration, plant certification or project management of energy generation systems, ideally in the context of photovoltaic and battery storage projects. Good knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and standards (e.g. VDE application rules, TAB, FGW guidelines) and the network connection processes of German network operators. Ideally experience in carrying out or accompanying load flow calculations, network compatibility tests and certification procedures. Safe handling of technical drawings, schematics and electrotechnical documentation. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and a high degree of organisational skills. Communication strength and negotiation skills in handling network operators, authorities, experts and external service providers. Joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams and the active design of the energy transition.
