(Senior) Medical Affairs Scientist (m/w/d) Field, Focus Antiinfectants Region of Bavaria

You are medical-scientific:r Expert:in your indication area and for the supervised products. Your well-founded knowledge makes you the central contact for external stakeholders.

You build sustainable networks: With your sense of scientific exchange, you maintain resilient relationships with external experts: women, specialist companies and research partners – always in line with the corporate strategy and applicable regulations.

They drive projects ahead: whether studies, advisory boards or congress formats - they lead or support medical projects and work closely with cross-functional colleagues, e.g. in the field of external services or in the field of market access.

You actively share your knowledge: They document relevant insights, introduce themselves to internal knowledge management and develop, together with colleagues, product-independent key topics.

You take responsibility for budgets: For your area of responsibility, you plan and manage your own product and project budgets - in close coordination with your manager and relevant business partners:inside.

They work hybrid and flexible: Your activity is field-based - about 50% of your interactions take place virtually. So stay close to people and at the same time flexible in implementation.

A completed study of human medicine, pharmacy or natural sciences (including expertise according to §75 AMG) forms the technical basis - ideally supplemented by a doctorate.

Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required to safely master the complex requirements of the role.

Finded medical-pharmaceutical knowledge, including scientific methodology and the ability to interpret clinical studies, is essential - ideally related to the relevant indication area.

Knowledge of German health, regulatory authorities, medical professionals and market mechanisms in the area of indication are of advantage.

Experience in project management as well as in the handling of digital communication tools and in the development of scientific networks is assumed.

A structured way of working, good self-organization and a safe handling of administrative tasks and reporting are a feature.

Presentation strength, communication skills and moderation skills are just as important for the role as team skills and independent work.

You will bring fluent German skills (at least C1 level) and very good English skills.

Class B driving licence is required for field-based activity.
