Professional and disciplinary management of the maintenance area including personnel, budget and resource responsibility Ensuring efficient, safe and regular production operations through high plant availability Planning, control and monitoring of inspections, maintenance and maintenance measures at production plants Analysis of disturbances and the introduction and implementation of sustainable measures to avoid disturbances Support in eliminating complex mechanical and electrical disturbances on machine tools and production plants Initiation, management and implementation of process and quality improvement projects in the area of responsibility Optimization of ongoing maintenance and production processes Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements (in particular occupational safety, environmental, health and data protection) Promoting quality awareness and skills of employees through targeted training and development measures Coordination and control of external service providers and suppliers Participation in budget planning and responsibility for compliance Ensuring complete and comprehensible documentation of all relevant measures and work

Complete technical training (e.g. mechatronic, electrician, industrial mechanic) with training as master or technician or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in maintenance of production facilities, ideally with leadership experience Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance of machine tools and production plants Experience in process and quality optimization and project management Designed leadership, communication and organizational skills High sense of responsibility, safety and quality Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation
