You design and develop modern frontends with React, Tailwind, TanStack and shadcn/ui for demanding web applications in the enterprise environment You develop powerful backend services with Bun or Node.js and select complementary technologies You design and implement robust interfaces as well as consistent authentication and authorization concepts You work with PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server and ensure clean data storage for scalable and predictable applications You containerize applications with Docker and support stable operation in hybrid cloud scenarios from on-premises and cloud environments You make technical solutions consciously hyperscaler-independent to ensure flexibility, data sovereignty and future security You automate infrastructure and environments with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and create reproducible deployments Ensure code and product quality by automated testing, code reviews, comprehensible quality criteria and continuous improvement of engineering practices You use AI-based development tools reflected and productive to improve quality, speed and traceability in the development process You work with GitHub and Azure DevOps in modern development and delivery processes and support CI/CD-based working methods with a view to stability, traceability and quality assurance You contribute to a new generation of our growing specialist application and develop it gradually into a modern, web- and cloud-capable product platform You take technical responsibility, share knowledge in the team and help to further expand and sharpen the early architecture of this new generation. You work together with our consulting to transfer technical requirements from customer projects into practical product solutions

You have a completed study of computer science, software technology or a related subject – alternatively a comparable IT training or a practical career with corresponding experience You bring experience in the development of modern web applications and feel at the front end as well as in the implementation close to the backend Ideally, you have already worked with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, TanStack or comparable technologies You are interested in modern backend and platform topics around Node.js, APIs, Authentication, Data Conservation and Operation of Applications Experiences with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Docker, GitHub, Azure DevOps or Infrastructure as Code are welcome, but not required in any area You think in clean architectures, predictable solutions and pragmatic development steps – especially when existing systems are transferred to modern platforms You bring a good understanding of software quality, interfaces and technical contexts and have the pleasure of remembering quality not only in the code but throughout the product life cycle You like to work in the team, take responsibility and want to contribute to a sustainable product development in the long term
