UKB Catering GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the University Hospital Bonn and is responsible for the care of all patients:in the clinic.

Your tasks:

· Food production and presentation

· Compliance with the prescribed use of goods and the recipe values

· Ensuring the best possible service and quality of food and beverages

· Compliance with the safety and hygiene guidelines for the working area, operating cleaning etc.

· Output and control of goods and goods storage

· Manufacture of raw materials

· Self-preparation of food by production instruction/feed plan

This will bring you:

· Training for the cook

· High performance and learning readiness

· Secure handling of common computer applications (MS-Office)

· Professional experience in the field of kitchen or community use of advantage

· Knowledge of HACCP policies

· Team skills

• Compulsory health certificate according to IfSG § 43 para.1.1. and evidence of immunity
