Own-responsible implementation of monthly wage and salary bills (including pre- and post-processing) Administrative care of the Employee Lifecycle (entry to exit) incl. Care and administration of master and employee data Compilation of certificates, evaluations and reporting and certification to social security institutions, health insurance companies and authorities Contact persons for employees and executives for billing, taxes and social security issues Monitoring and preparation of pay tax and social security checks Support in the field of time management and coordination with adjacent HR processes Working in HR projects (e.g. digitalization, process optimization, HR systems)

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the area of payroll / Payroll / Human Resources (alternative studies with a focus on staff) Multiannual practical experience in independent payroll accounting Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Ideally first experiences in generalistic HR processes (Employee Lifecycle) Structured, careful and responsible operation High service orientation and joy in cooperation with different contact persons Safe handling of DATEV (Lohn & salary) is desirable Teamability and at the same time strong self-employment
