Working Student Compliance – Capital Markets (m/f/d)

Know-Your-Employee Process: You support the implementation and documentation of our Know-Your-Employee process and ensure that regulatory requirements are met Compliance Management System: You work with our compliance management system and support the maintenance and structured documentation of relevant information Employee business: You collect employee business and assist in the audit and follow-up in compliance Reporting and evaluations: You prepare reports and evaluations to ensure regulatory requirements Internal vote: You are in exchange with employees of the Boerse Stuttgart Group and support compliance-related issues Communication with depot banks: You take over the communication with external depot banks in connection with employee transactions Process optimization: You introduce your own ideas and support the optimization and further development of existing compliance processes Presentations and data processing: You support the creation of presentations and the structuring of data in Excel

Education: You are a student (gn) in the Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on economics, legal sciences, economic law or in a comparable degree programme Special skills: You are interested in financial and stock exchange issues and want to gain insights into the regulatory environment Structured procedure: You go to work responsibly, work carefully, autonomously and efficiently Cultural Fit: You like to work in the team Technical skills: Secure handling of MS Office Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level)
