The most important thing in your job You lead the BWA department professionally and disciplinaryly, develop your employees in a targeted manner and create a working environment characterised by trust, appreciation and a high performance orientation. You plan, manage and coordinate the tasks of your area of responsibility efficiently and purposefully and consistently align the department with the strategic objectives of our bank. You support our market units by responsible for defined expert and administrative tasks in the financing process and ensuring smooth, efficient and customer-oriented processes. As an independent market successor unit, You ensure a high quality in the credit business and actively contribute to minimising address failure, operating and legal risks. You initiate and run sector-related projects, continuously develop processes, standards and competencies, and actively promote digitization and the use of modern systems and technologies. You ensure compliance with legal, supervisory and internal requirements and work together trustfully and solution-oriented with internal and external contacts.

This will bring you You have a successfully completed bank training and a further bank-specific qualification, for example to the banker, banker or a comparable degree. You bring several years of professional experience in the banking business of a bank and have a sound knowledge of the processes in market and market success active. You have already gained leadership experience and understand how to guide employees, develop them in a targeted manner and successfully align them with common goals. You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal and supervisory requirements, in particular in the credit business as well as in the handling of the MaRisk and the KWG.
