Your mission: In our youth housing project young adults start their own adventure: You live in their own four walls and become more and more independent in everyday life. You are your sidekick in the background – as a reliable mentor*in with superpower that strengthens, gives advice and backwind. Regardless of whether training, household halls, official paperwork or future plans are forging: You are the educational super help that makes the jump into adult life a great deal easier!

You accompany young adults on their mission towards self-employment and support them with each level-up. You use super-kills to grow: from budget management and money management to training, governmental standards and future plans. You're her sidekick in the bureau jungle, school, training and doctor missions. You conduct regular updates with the residents and agree closely with the Youth Office. You participate in heroic team missions, conferences and help planning.
