The customer & markets department is responsible for all processes between the distribution network operator Stromnetz Berlin and the customers and the other market participants such as e.g. the power supplier. As part of the customer management department, the team is responsible for the processing of all enquiries for production facilities in the grid area of Stromnetz Berlin. Own-responsible processing of all network connection requests of generation plants (e.g. photovoltaics, block heating power plants) Checking the required customer documents for correctness and completeness and taking over further processing Internal coordination within the framework of the implementation of your customer projects Participation in cross-area implementation and optimization projects (e.g. system or process adaptations) Close cooperation with the process managers of the field as a specialist for production plants Your further tasks include: agreements with external project participants and organisation of corresponding dates Conducting independent plant visits/quality checks on site Organisation and implementation of cross-group voting

a state-tested technician or master training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable degree and multiannual relevant professional experience a high level of initiative, customer orientation, organisational capacity and team capability strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations for connecting production plants to a distribution network and experience in their practical implementation Plus, but no need: Experience in the planning of production plants Experience in process optimization
