You support new talents in recruiting (e.g. planning and post-processing of interviews, general candidate correspondence and applicant screening). You will also form and publish job advertisements in consultation with the departments. You are a supporting pillar for various topics in the field of education (e.g. recruiting, student marketing). For different questions, you can independently carry out research tasks. Last but not least, you will participate in the implementation of the annual HR processes.
