Your tasks: You lead the field of commissioning and bear the overall responsibility for its strategic development

You guide, promote and motivate your employees and develop effective exchange formats to strengthen team dynamics

You actively shape the business and quality objectives of your area and drive their continuous optimization

You are responsible for the ForumSuite and ZAM-AR programmes as well as the representation of various mandate functions (e.g. data protection)

You will ensure that employees receive professional support through you or internal specialists as required

You optimize processes and design cross-departmental cooperation with the interface partners effectively and forward-looking

This distinguishes you: You have many years of professional experience, relevant qualifications and well-founded banking expertise

You convince by leadership motivation, strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
