This is expected Their range of tasks is diverse: Designs Join our IT workstation of the future! You take care of the design, implementation, development and trouble-free operation of the standard software and the products in the Exchange/Mailing environment. You coordinate and control the activities within the entire service lifecycle process with regard to Exchange/Mailing and are responsible in the Service Design for defined topics in application or infrastructure operation. You are responsible, among others, for Microsoft Exchange, monitor compliance with IT requirements and contribute to the further development of the processes. When you take over services in operation and in operation, you bear the overall responsibility for performance and data quality. You can identify possible disturbances at an early stage and fix them as soon as possible in contact with customers and other IT teams.

This will bring you For this task, you are well equipped with a university degree (diploma or master) in the field of computer science or comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the error analysis of IT solutions and architectures in the field of Exchange /Mailing and these underlying technologies (SMTP gateway [preferably Cisco product experience], Encryption gateway, archiving). For this, you need expert knowledge about Microsoft Exchange 2019 in the experience with Exchange Hybrid and/or Exchange Online are desirable. You also bring Powershell expert knowledge. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as an agile mindset are fundamental to this activity. Very good German as well as good English skills in word and writing we require.
