Tasks

Warm and professional reception of our visitors and competent care to ensure a positive first impression

Control and award of access to underground parking according to internal requirements

Administration, issue and withdrawal of visitor IDs

Telephone initial acceptance and forwarding of calls

Ensuring a professional, ordered and inviting reception area

Adoption, pre-sortment and internal distribution of incoming mail items

Support in scanning, shipping and storage processes

Profile

Ideally, you already have experiences in the mentioned task field.

They have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.

They have a secure handling of PC, tablet and common digital applications, as well as a fundamental understanding of digital processes.

They are ready to work into new applications and systems.

They appear reliable, friendly and discreet and remain resilient even in demanding situations.

They work structured and keep track of parallel tasks.

They provide a high level of flexibility for short-term operations, particularly in the context of holiday and disease representations.

A local accessibility is advantageous.
