As part of an interdisciplinary purchasing team, you take responsibility for selected assemblies and systems in the field of maritime management and deployment systems. In this role, you control procurement processes, maintain international suppliers and ensure that technical components and systems are implemented on time, in the required quality and at competitive costs. You work closely with project management, design, system engineering and quality assurance and contribute significantly to the success of complex maritime projects. Your tasks at a glance: You take responsibility for assigned assemblies and system components within a project in the field of maritime management and deployment systems and ensure that You are provided on time, in the required quality and within the budget. In close cooperation with suppliers, you support the associated components and coordinate all relevant interfaces - especially for commercial, commercial and contractual changes. The systematic collection of changes, yields and possible receivables ensures and control them within the framework of a structured change management. You conduct price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers and ensure economically viable agreements. Together with project management, system engineering, design and quality assurance, you agree on technical requirements, delivery volumes and project objectives. Regular visits to suppliers provide you with an overview of production levels, system components and quality standards. Procurement markets continuously analyze and evaluate potential suppliers for electronic, software-based or systemic components. Your supplier network actively expand, identify new or alternative sources of supply and strengthen long-term partnerships. Commodity group strategies in the maritime and defence-related environment continue to develop and consistently implement them in purchasing. Risks within the supply chain are recognised at an early stage, assess their impact on projects and initiate appropriate countermeasures. In addition, you contribute to the further development of internal purchasing processes and help to make processes in the project and procurement environment more efficient.

Completed technical or economic studies, as an alternative a comparable technical or commercial training Multiannual professional experience in purchasing or procurement Technical know-how, in particular in the field of leadership and deployment systems Representative negotiating skills Strategic and analytical thinking good knowledge of contract law Structured, independent operation Team skills and intercultural competence Loadability in project-driven environment Routine in MS Office and with ERP systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Creativity in solving, openness and fun on business trips
