Responsibility of building and continuous development of global master data management Establishing standards and guidelines with the aim of uniform data management in PLM and ERP systems for the Erbe Group Continuous optimization of processes and systems (e.g. digitalization of labeling, variant configuration) Defining roles and responsibilities in the data management process for the Erbe Group as well as optimizing and developing the change process Conducting cross-site data analyses (articles, serial products, commercial goods) incl. deriving and implementing measures Interface management between PLM, ERP and adjacent processes in close coordination with process managers Ensuring regulatory compliance in cooperation with quality and authorisation management Training and qualification of users:inside for standardized master data maintenance

Completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics or comparable qualifications Experience in master data management, change management and variant configuration Ideally first disciplinary leadership experience Technical understanding combined with business know-how Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office High sense of responsibility and quality Communication strength as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Good English knowledge of word and writing
