As Head of Plant Engineering, you will play a key role in the South East region with the locations Dresden, Leipzig, Hermsdorf, Nuremberg and Würzburg. Starting with the design, construction and assembly, you are responsible for the realization of challenging customer projects for the construction of water quenching systems. You monitor the projects with regard to risks, project financing and results and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legal regulations. You coordinate cooperation between the distribution and the in- and external project participants. As a professional and disciplinary manager, you make personal decisions and continuously develop your team.

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or supply engineering or further training as technician, master or relevant practical experience in the design of complex construction projects. Multiannual practical experience in plant engineering and sound knowledge in the field of building technology, fire protection and sprinkler systems Knowledge of the common guidelines (VdS, FM and NFPA) for water extinguishing systems and willingness to qualify for VdS expertise Experience in professional and disciplinary personnel management Knowledge in MS Office and VOB knowledge are desirable Class B mobility and driving licence Do you understand motivating people, developing processes and at the same time leading projects economically successful to the goal?
