We are looking for a dedicated financial support in full or part-time at the next possible time for our ongoing accounting.

You take over our ongoing accounting independently – embedded in a small family team with short decision-making paths and clear structures. You work independently and can actively shape your task area.

Your tasks include: Own implementation of ongoing accounting Preparing wage accounting in cooperation with our tax advisor Invoicing and accounting including dunning Coordination with the tax advisor and correspondence with contractual partners and external contacts Overview of revenue and expenditure and ongoing cost control Management and optimization of existing contracts Structured organization and further development of our digital accounting system Support in preparing monthly and annual accounts

Who fits well with us? You have a good understanding of numbers and will be happy to take over your responsibility. You work structured, think with and get where you can identify optimization potential.

Also bring: A commercial background – whether through training, training or studies – as well as several years of practical experience in financial accounting Good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel A systematic and careful way of working, combined with organisational skills Team skills as well as a friendly, open and safe occurrence Very good German knowledge
