The Schön Klinik Neustadt is located directly on the Baltic Sea beach of the Lübecker bay. As a center hospital, she ensures medical care in Ostholstein. With specializations in orthopaedics, trauma surgery, neurology and internal medicine, she treats about 50,000 patients in the acute and rehabilitation areas every year. The clinic offers 560 beds and employs more than 1,100 employees. Since 2003 she has been an academic teaching hospital of the University of Lübeck and part of the family-run Schön Klinik Group.

Date and telephone coordination: You coordinate the appointment management, take over the telephone presence and ensure a smooth running in the daily organization. Administrative Process Responsibility: All administrative activities perform independently and process projects in the team, including coordination of the associated processes. Data management & key data processing: You create statistics, edit relevant key figures and take over the input and maintenance of data in the corresponding systems, e.g. ATOSS and Orbis. Meeting organization & protocol management: The preparation and follow-up of meetings and visits as well as the protocol management are also part of your task. Interns' Accounting & Care: You coordinate and take over the billing of interns and interns and external trainees and accompany their organizational integration

You have a completed three-year training as a medical specialist/medical specialist or equivalent qualification. A strong commercial understanding as well as the pleasure of independent and responsible work are the key features. You bring very good computer skills, in particular in common office applications such as table calculation, document processing and presentation creation.
