Self-employed administration, monitoring and application of permits under the Foreign Trade Act, War Weapons Control Act and U.S. (Re)export Law Documentation of the corresponding examination and administration processes Enforcement and implementation of the prescribed procedures in the field of external economic and military law, in particular the release of shipments or Delivery or transaction stop, inspections, audits etc. Examination of the corporate attitudes to comply with the requirements of statutory regulations, approval decisions and internal service and organisational instructions Collection of relevant data, running lists, requirements, quantity, value and date tracking, reporting Determining and evaluating identification data for export control and wararm administration Revision and control of the prohibitions, bids and permissions for internal compliance, early warning Cooperation with the technical examiners on listing

Complete study in the technical or business sector with deepening in customs/export control Professional experience in export control, project management, technical and commercial expertise Knowledge in the External Economic Law, War Weapons Control Act, US Export Law Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP German and English Structured and analytical methods High load capacity Good communication skills and customer orientation
