• You have expertise and enthusiasm for topics such as inclusion, language and individual accompaniment.
• They accompany children with appreciation, respect and joy in their development.
• They are familiar with orientation plans, observations and documentation.
• You like to work in the team, are committed and appreciate the cooperation with families.
• They are open to new things and look forward to an exciting challenge.
